CONSULT
The 60-minute virtual consultation gives us time to dive deeply into what’s going on and the small changes you can make for a big impact. I’ll teach you how to restore calm and connection in your family, including examples of precise language that you can use during heated moments.

PUT INTO ACTION
After our call, I’ll give you a detailed recap with a plan for action. If you’d like, you can choose to add a 30-minute follow-up consult to discuss the progress of your new strategies.

+ How much does the consultation cost?

The 60-minute virtual consultation + recap is $200 USD. Additional 30-minute follow-up consultations are available for $85 each.

+ What does the recap include?

The recap is an extremely thorough document that covers your main parenthood pain points with a detailed strategy to change course and clear instructions to implement these methods.

+ I’m a single parent (or we co-parent in different homes). Will your methods work for our family?

Yes! We take the time to get to know you and your family, and cater all of our recommendations to your unique strengths and dynamics

+ Do all of your sleep consultants offer child behavior services?

For now, Hadley is the primary behavior specialist.

+ Do you talk about sleep issues during the consultation?
