Frequently Asked Questions


+ Is the bootcamp really only for 4-12 month old babies?

Yes! We want to give the most tailored advice possible, so this is for babies 4-12 months. If you have a newborn (0-4 months) or a toddler (13-24 months), please reach out for additional options.

+ I'm not cool with any form of sleep training. Can I still benefit from the bootcamp?

Sure can! During The Baby Bootcamp, we’ll walk through how to optimize your baby’s sleep schedule, sleep environment and sleep routines in order to help them to get the sleep they need. We're not here to convince anyone that they need to sleep train their babies. We'll discuss various methods and, when/if you're ready, how to choose one that suits your parenting style and your baby's temperament.

+ My baby isn't ready to drop overnight feeds. Will your approach still work?

We totally get that some babies, especially those who are 4-6 months, aren’t quite ready to drop all feeds. That’s okay! During the workshop, we’ll discuss how to determine with your pediatrician how many overnight feeds are needed and how to adjust your approach overnight if you want to keep in a feed or two. That being said, if your 4mo+ baby is currently eating 4-5 times overnight and you don’t want that to change, then this isn’t the best approach for you.

+ My life is insane right now. How much time will this take?

The bootcamp was designed to fit into the lives of busy parents. Some days you may just want to do a quick check-in (or just scan the daily e-mail). Other days, you may want to get in-depth troubleshooting support. This isn't a one-size-fits-all approach!
